Win a case of El Prado wines

Spanish brand El Prado was produced with the UK consumer firmly in mind, using well -known international grape varieties blended with indigenous Spanish varieties.

"El Prado is an affordable, vibrant, contemporary range of Spanish wines from the Thierry's stable. The brand was launched in 2005 and was initially designed to attract new consumers to the Spanish category," a spokeswomen says.

The El Prado portfolio includes a white (Macabeo/Chardonnay), red (Tempranillo/Cabernet) and rosť (Tempranillo). A rosť cava is also available. The El Prado Tempranillo/Cabernet 2007 was in the top 124 wines in this year's New Wave Spanish Wine Awards.

El Prado wines can be found in Waitrose, the Co-op and Somerfield and are priced from £4.49 to £15.99 for a 3-litre bag-in-box.
