The Port producer now has 20cl bottles for the variant, which will sit alongside the existing 75cl and 450cl bottles.
The producer said the new size is designed to appeal to the growing audience of consumers of premium Port and it also wanted to make this wine more accessible to those wishing to trial this style of Port. The size is also likely to be popular for gifting.
Premium Tawny Port is increasing in popularity and it currently represents the fastest growing category of Port, comprising more than half (53%) of all Premium Port sales by value.
The growth in this sector, particularly from a younger audience, is partially being attributed to the fact that Tawny Port does not need to be decanted; it should be served chilled and it can remain fresh for several weeks once opened.

The new miniature range – across its 10, 20 and 30 Year Old Tawny Ports - will be available from stockists including Harvey Nichols, Harrods, Vintage Wine & Port.
