Meantime overhauls design on London Lager and Pale Ale

31 May, 2016

Meantime Brewing Company has given its flagship beers a makeover designed to reflect the brewer’s “bold and pioneering approach to the beer category”.

The design features Meantime’s clock motif – the firm is based in Greenwich, south London, and themed on Greenwich Meantime – but the new labels are designed to be cleaner, bolder and more eye-catching.

The first two beers to get the overhaul are its London Lager and London Pale Ale, with Yakima Red set to follow soon.

Meantime’s recently released Pilot Series range is also designed in a similar fashion.

Looking back to look forward

Wine is a liquid time capsule. Drinking older vintages not only recalls the weather conditions and winemaking styles of the past, it encourages us to reflect upon our own histories. Such reminiscence often inclines towards romanticised nostalgia. Especially after the second bottle. But looking back is a great way of learning about the future.
