Diageo brings back Pimm's No.6 Vodka Cup

30 October, 2014

Diageo has reversed its decision to axe Pimmís No.6 Vodka Cup after fans of the drink apparently bombarded the supplier with demands for its return.

Diageo said consumers ďflooded the team with emails, social media posts and good old-fashioned letters calling for a comebackĒ.

Senior Brand Manager Joanna Segesser said: ďWe take consumer feedback to heart, and we have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of support for Pimmís No. 6 Vodka Cup. Pimmís is an iconic British brand and we are delighted to be able to listen to the British publicís request to re-launch Pimmís Vodka Cup.Ē

Pimmís Vodka Cup was launched in 1964 and was the sixth variety of Pimmís to hit shelves across the UK.

It will be available at ďselected retailersĒ from the summer of 2015.†
