Kingstone Press launches shrink-wrapped multipacks

30 July, 2014

Kingstone Press is launching its canned apple ciders in a range of shrink-wrapped multipacks.

The new 4 x 44cl and 12 x 44cl packs are designed to offer “ease of use for consumers and retailers, as well as great value for money”.

A further 15-pack is exclusive to Booker.

Glen Friel, sales and marketing director at Kingstone Press, which is part of the Aston Manor stable, said: “Worth £306m, the canned cider market is an increasingly important category for us and is overtaking glass to become the number one cider format. There has been an increase in can sales of 22% year on year, with apple multipack formats showing a strong growth in particular.

“Making our cider available in a can works well for Kingstone Press as we know this is a popular format with our audience demographic.”
