Roberson revamps website

London independent wine merchant Roberson Wine has launched a new website designed to make online shopping easier and more reactive for its customers.

The site,, has been completely redesigned, with navigation made easier, a layout that adapts to different screen sizes and devices to make mobile or tablet shopping simpler, a streamlined checkout process and the chance to buy wine under bond at trade prices online for the first time.

Owner and managing director Cliff Roberson said: “We all know there is a very bright future for selling wine online. English wine: a happy harvest for Christmas

All across England and Wales, vineyards are being harvested. Down winding country lanes come armies of welly-wearing conscripts wielding secateurs and buckets, ready to reap the rewards of our vines. Happily they come, their cheeks ruddy with pride. Half an hour later they’re crawling over muddy clods with lacerated hands, drenched in claggy juice and cold sweat, as if ploughing through an endurance race.
