Aston Manor invests in distribution hub

02 July, 2014

Aston Manor Cider is to build a new warehousing and distribution hub three miles from its production site in Birmingham.

The 84,000 sq ft facility is adjacent to the M6 and is on top of a recent £10 million investment in upgrading its production unit at Tiverton, Somerset, and improving packaging capability at Birmingham.

Managing director Gordon Johncox said: “This investment represents the continuation of our intent to build the capability and capacity to support the future growth of the business.”

The warehousing and logistics element will be operational from August with a new office suite and support functions to be added in 2015.

Aston Manor brands include Frosty Jack’s and Kingstone Press.
