In July and August Selfridges is dedicating all its window displays to artisan producers of its food and drink, whose products will also be featured in displays in the food hall.
It is also holding a series of “meet the maker” events over the summer.
Cambridge Gin will hold gin-tailoring sessions with a master distiller, while Camden Town Brewery will hold an ale-sampling session on Selfridges’ roof.
There will also be several cocktail masterclasses as part of the push.
Selfridges’ 24 windows are seen by more than 1 million people each week.
