Kopparberg: gaining listings and planning beer launches

Kopparberg has landed a listing with Marks & Spencer to become the only Swedish cider on its shelves.

The brand will be available in over 350 stores from today with two variants, Kopparberg Mixed Fruit and Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime in individual 500ml bottles.

Rebecca Booth, trading manager for drinks at Marks & Spencer, said: “Marks & Spencer only chooses brands that are true leaders within their category. Kopparberg is a premium fruit cider brand and will be the perfect addition to our cider portfolio.”

The listing comes as the Swedish brand seeks to strengthen its position in the UK with additional fruit cider launches and the roll out of a range of craft beers sourced from its own breweries.
