The changes will start with flagship brand Black Sheep ale, with the other beers in its range to follow.
Bottles featuring the first new label will be on shelf from next month.
Sales and marketing director Jo Theakston said: “We are very excited about this bold and modern new look for Black Sheep.
“In a busy category, it’s all about standing out and the new design shouts loud from the shelf.”
Black Sheep ale was launched when the brewery was founded in 1992 and sells more than 3.5 million bottles a year according to the company.
