13 January, 2014

Enotria has signed up an Australian producer who makes wines designed to be drunk with game.

Fowles Wine is based in the cool-climate Strathbogies region of Victoria, and is responsible for the Food Wines Shirazes – Ladies Who Shoot Their Lunch and Are You Game?.

The company also makes a varietal range called Regional Wines – Stone Dwellers and 490 Metres.

Fowles Wine is owned by former lawyer Matt Fowles, who will be showing his wines at the Australia Day Tasting on January 30.
