Echo Falls heads to Clothes Show Live

California wine brand Echo Falls has teamed up with fashion blog What I Wore Today (WIWT) in the run-up to Clothes Show Live, which starts tomorrow at Birmingham’s NEC.

The site is running Echo Falls competitions to win tickets to the event which ends on Tuesday, December 10.

A Twitter competition will run during the show, with every 50th tweet that carries the hashtag #EchoFallsCSL winning a limited edition bottle of wine. All tweets using the hashtag will be go on to a live feed Twitter wall at an Echo Falls bar at the show.

Lucy Shannon, senior brand manager at Accolade Wines, said, “The Echo Falls brand is a perfect link to the fashion world and we are looking forward to this opportunity to interact directly with our core customers.”

Rosé tinted glasses

I was asked recently what I thought the biggest change had been in wine fashion in the past five years. My answer was unequivocal: sales of pink wines. From being a niche that expanded and contracted with the sunshine, rosé has subtly but steadily become a stalwart of many merchants’ ranges, with Provence firmly at the top and asked for by name.
