The producer accounts for 30% of the output of a region that grew 6.5% in volume in the UK off-trade in 2012 (IRI).
Its Côtes du Rhône Rouge Reserve has secured listings at Asda, its Côtes du Rhône Villages is at Waitrose and its Châteauneuf du Pape is at Tesco.
Marketing manager Louise Hill said: “The Les Dauphins brand was created by Dedicated Wines and Rhône leader
Cellier des Dauphins and launched in 2011. It has seen phenomenal success since its launch and is now listed in three key multiple retailers.
“Côtes du Rhône is not as well known for its whites, but we think this Côtes du Rhône Blanc will do really well.”
It is a 13% abv blend of 65% Grenache Blanc, 10% Marsanne, 10% Roussanne, 10% Viognier and 5% Clairette and is expected to retail for around £7.99.
