He has taken the anemone flowers, leaves and curling tendrils from the Perrier-Jouët label and turned them into a centrepiece for dining tables.
The “Enchanting Tree” also features a Perrier-Jouët ice bucket and six anemone frosted flutes which hang from its branches. There are only a limited number available in the UK market and they will feature in prestige retail outlets.
Head of Marketing Vicky Wood said: “Boontje works on the cusp of design and craft, combining advanced technologies with artisanal techniques to create exquisite glassware, lighting and furniture. It’s a perfect pairing for Perrier-Jouët as a House with a deep and enduring passion for producing sensorial experiences that marry design with emotion. The flute tree and glasses are also supremely functional – showing our light and elegant Champagnes to perfection.”
