Maxxium to launch Beam Honey

21 March, 2012

Maxxium UK is launching a honey-infused version of Jim Beam in the UK.

Jim Beam Honey joins the cherry-favoured, Beam-branded Red Stag, launched a year ago.

The honey product is bottled at 35% abv and will be available from April. A teaser PR campagn will precede the launch.

Eileen Livingston, Maxxium UK’s marketing controller for imported whiskeys, said: “The addition of Jim Beam Honey to our growing portfolio forms part of our increased investment in the brand to drive interest and growth in the bourbon category through innovation.

"Honey is one of the latest flavours in the flavoured spirits sector and Jim Beam is leading this trend in bourbon, broadening its appeal and recruiting new consumers into the brand and category.”
