Royal Tokaji stock stolen

More than 500 cases of Royal Tokaji wine have been stolen from a lorry parked near the Dartford Tunnel.

The wine was stolen when the lorry was parked overnight from February 19-20.

Stolen stock included Royal Tokaji Dry Furmint 2010, Royal Tokaji Late Harvest 2009, Royal Tokaji Blue Label 2007 Aszú 5 puttonyos 25cl and 50cl, 

Royal Tokaji Gold Label 2006 and 2007 Aszú 6 puttonyos, Betsek 2005 6 puttonyos Aszú, Mézes Mály 2005 6 puttonyos Aszú and Mézes Mály Dry Furmint 2009.

Essex police are investigating the theft.

English wine: a happy harvest for Christmas
