Single serve bottle for Thatchers Rosé

01 March, 2012

Thatchers Rosé has been released in a 50cl single serve bottle for the first time.

The 5.4% sparkling medium cider, made from Katy apples, is also available in a 75cl bottle.

Thatchers managing director Martin Thatcher said: “50cl single serve bottles drive the premium market, so it is a logical move to introduce this.

“We’ve taken the opportunity to focus on the unique aspect of this cider – rosé. The new label has great shelf appeal, and strengthens the family identity for all our three premium heritage ciders.

“We know our customers really appreciate the heritage behind the Thatchers brand – great-tasting cider with expertise that goes back over generations.”

The brand will be supported as part of Thatchers’ above-the-line People Who Care About Cider campaign, due to launch in April.

Thatchers 2011 Vintage and Katy are also available in 50cl bottles.
