Suck & Blow, made by US company SAB Enterprises, is a tube which opens at both ends and is designed for one†person to blow half the contents into another personís mouth, and vice versa.
Portman said the product promoted rapid drinking, appealed to children and suggested sexual success.
The group has also banned alcoholic energy drink Crunk Juce in its current format, saying it encouraged excessive consumption and failed to make it clear on packaging that it was alcoholic.
Each can was found to contain 8.4 units of alcohol Ė more than double the Chief Medical Officerís sensible daily drinking guidelines for men.
Crunk Juce is also made in the US, by Gila Brew Co, which is now consulting with the Portman Group on releasing a smaller can with more prominent labelling.
Retailers have been asked not to place any more orders for the two products in their current formats after March 31.
Portman Group chief executive Henry Ashworth said: ďAn alcohol product marketed in the UK has to comply with tough industry responsibility rules and it is not acceptable for products to encourage irresponsible consumption.Ē
