New flavour for Lambrini

Halewood International has launched a new flavour for Lambrini.

Apple & Blackcurrant joins six other flavours of the perry, and comes in response to consumer demand for more flavours, according to Halewood.

The new flavour comes in 75cl bottles with 5.5% abv, rrp £2.90, and its deep purple colour is expected to help it stand out on shelves.

The launch will be backed by a consumer press and PR, social media and sampling campaign, targeted at 21 to 35-year-old women.

Lambrini marketing controller Sue Beck said: “The launch of Apple & Blackcurrant is a natural choice for the brand, the two flavours are both recognisable and favoured by our target consumer and this brings something new and vibrant to the range both in taste and appearance.”

Wine is a liquid time capsule. Drinking older vintages not only recalls the weather conditions and winemaking styles of the past, it encourages us to reflect upon our own histories.
