The company has a 50 hectare estate and as well as making its own domaine wines, works as a negociant for winemakers in Pouilly-Fumé, Menetou-Salon and Quincy.
Fouassier is in the process of switching to organic production and expects to be fully certified by the 2011 vintage.
The wines will be on show at Free Run Wines’ stand at the London wine fair.
