The company said it hoped the "winter-friendly" variant would carry on the success of its Pear and Strawberry & Pear flavours in the colder months.
Co-founder Matthew Showering said: "We've been overwhelmed by the demand for our cider this year. While we're best known for our pear cider, we also have a strong demand for our apple cider and feel the introduction of a limited edition flavour, Toffee Apple, will raise our profile in this category."
Brothers Cider launched in March and has notably targeted festival-goers over the summer.
It said more than 500,000 consumers sampled its products at festivals such as Glastonbury, the Big Chill and Bestival this year.
