Running for eight weeks from tomorrow (Jan 12), the giveaway will feature on 33cl, 50cl and 2-litre bottles of Coca-Cola and Coke Zero.
By entering a code found on the bottle, consumers will be entered into a weekly draw.
After eight weeks the fan who has entered the most times will have the chance to win one of 72 prizes for their club,
£1,000 cash and a shirt signed by Wayne Rooney.
Breakthrough development controller Martin Sampson said: "We understand
the future of British football relies on our ability to develop our youth talent and the Football League is a breeding ground for such talent. With Coca-Cola and Coke Zero we hope to help give some clubs the opportunity to enhance this development."
