Adnams bids farewell to Curzon

Adnams marketing director Steve Curzon is to leave the company at the end of March.

It's not yet known where Curzon is going or who will replace him.

Managing director Andy Wood credited Curzon with the successful development of new ale brands including Explorer, Yuletide and Spindrift.

"He has been a great ambassador for this business and it is with our very best wishes that Steve moves on from Adnams, leaving us well prepared for future growth," said Wood.

What makes wine special

Reaching the 50th instalment of Hemmingís Way is hardly the biggest milestone, but I donít need much of an excuse to pour myself a glass of champagne before getting dressed. Itís a better reason than I had for all 49 other instalments, anyway. Not that that stopped me.
