The scaled-down version of the familiar Pringles tub is designed to tap into the
£630 million single-serve snacks market,according to trade communications manager Paul Lettice.
It will be backed by a three-month marketing campaign that includes TV, sampling, PR and radio, internet, trade advertising and in-store merchandising.
Rice Infusions will also be rolled out in a new Bite Size bag in Cheese & Onion
and Sweet BBQ Spare Rib flavours.
Paul Lettice, trade communications manager, said: “These new products mean
consumers will be able to enjoy Pringles more often and more conveniently.”
Both come in 35g bags with a recommended retail price of 37p. They will be available from March 31.
