The bottles were discovered in Leigh, Lancs, after a member of the public complained about a strange taste.
Trading Standards seized a small number of bottles from the off-licence which made the sale.
Genuine Glen's vodka 70cl bottles can be identified by a small AGC logo around the base of the bottle. The counterfeit bottles also misspell Ayrshire without the letter "i".
The fakes have the following codes embossed in the glass: SE607 700ml 66mm, 8509 700ml 66mm, 7828 700ml 66mm.
