Blind tastings and seminars will

run in partnership with UK-based network of speakers Taste & Flavour. They are designed to offer "industry insight with specialist guidance on the heritage, production and flavour profiles of a broad spectrum of spirits", and speakers include Beefeater's master distiller Desmond Payne, spirits writer Ian Wisniewski, whisky expert Dave Broom, La Fée Absinthe owner George Rowley and London

Rumfest's Ian Burrell.

Looking back to look forward

Wine is a liquid time capsule. Drinking older vintages not only recalls the weather conditions and winemaking styles of the past, it encourages us to reflect upon our own histories. Such reminiscence often inclines towards romanticised nostalgia. Especially after the second bottle. But looking back is a great way of learning about the future.
