The new contracts are in addition to an existing deal under which Wells & Young's produces Cobra for the UK market.
Camerons will produce draught and bottled Cobra premium lager for the UK, with the north western brewer handling bottles and cans.
A brewing contract for beer for the UK market with Browar Belgia of Poland - bought by SAB Miller last year - will end in July.
Belgia's former owner, Palm Breweries of Belgium, will brew Cobra Zero%, Cobra Light, King Cobra and Cobra Bite under licence.
Cobra has also signed a deal with Quinn Glass to manufacture, fill and store bottles of Cobra at a facility in Cheshire.
Chris Rendle, Cobra's business development director, said: "We now have an exceptional set of brewing partners that can support our ambitious sales growth targets in the next few years."
