selling wine through its website as a fundraiser.
The organisation is selling the African Dawn range, produced by South Africa's Rooiberg Winery, as an exclusive.
Head of training Howard Wright said the organisation was keen to look for other retail partners for the wines in the longer term.
The WWF's online shop is listing a range of mixed cases alongside cases
of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and generic Cape red, white and rosÚ wines for an average of ú7.65 per bottle.
The sale of each bottle carries a direct contribution to the WWF's Cork Oaks Landscape Conservation work in the Mediterranean.
Wright added that consumers could buy the wines in the knowledge that there "certainly won't be any environmental hangover in the morning".
