Cobra founder Lord Bilimoria was reported to have said that a stock market flotation or partnership with a major drinks group were further options as
the company looks to expand its operation.
A Cobra spokesman could not confirm to OLN the options contained in the document or the names of identified possible bidders. Lord Bilimoria was unavailable for comment.
Cobra is seeking a reported £13 million to develop its business.
The Cobra spokesman said: "The UK and India are our two main markets and any money raised will be for this market as well as for India, where we are looking at further brewing options."
Cobra recently bought its first wholly-owned brewery in India.
