Big day celebrated with Pop culture

A bottle clad in the Stars & Stripes has been added to the Pop Champagne range ahead of US Independence Day on July 4.

The 20cl special edition from the Pommery Champagne house will have a UK rrp of £13.50.

The Champagne in the bottle is an extra dry style.

Sara Hicks, UK manager for Vranken-Pommery Monopole, said: "Pop's philosophy has always been about innovation and following its own path, as opposed to more traditional Champagne brands."

Pop is represented in the UK by Percy Fox and Justerini & Brooks.

English wine: a happy harvest for Christmas
