Festival fun with Aspall freebies

11 July, 2008

Suffolk cidermaker Aspall is to visit summer events and music festivals to raise the profile of its brands.

The producer will be giving out free samples and selling full-sized measures to revellers at next week's Latitude Festival in Suffolk and The Glade , Berks.

It will then go on to the Secret Garden Party and the Big Chill at the end of July, Cowes Week and concerts by the Chemical Brothers at London's Olympia in August, and the Blenheim Horse Trials in September.

Aspall Suffolk Draught and Peronelle's Blush brands will be served from inside a replica of a cider barn built in 1728

at Aspall's base.

Aspall director Barry Chevallier Guild said: "We are extending our presence at carefully selected quality events, following a successful sampling campaign at festivals last year."
