celebrated its 30th year by unveiling a £500,000 extension to its brewhouse. The new two-storey boilerhouse and malt -handling room will give the New Forest brewer increased grain storage capacity, better energy efficiency, and when new fermenting vessels arrive next year, head brewer Jeff Drew (pictured) and his team will be able to increase volumes by 30%.
