The book features information on
more than 100 vineyards, including location, a profile of their leading wines with tasting notes and interviews with the vineyards' owners.
There is also a section devoted to the industry's leading winemakers and an essay by Richard Selley, Emeritus Professor of Geology at Imperial College, charting the impact of climate change on viticulture.
