Use signage to talk to your customers.

Perhaps you have Champagne available ready-chilled, or everyone on your team has a wine qualification? Whatever it is, putting up a sign can help your sales. Use coloured paper, or a chalkboard and change it regularly . How about: ' Free glass loan with party orders' or 'new vintage of Chablis is in

and it's great'. There's no way you can tell it all verbally, so let sign s do the work.

Hofmeister may need more than the bear essentials to succeed
