The promotion gives consumers the chance to win one of six cookery courses at Stein’s famous Padstow Seafood School in Cornwall.
Collarettes are appearing on bottles of Nobilo Regional Collection Sauvignon Blanc and Five Fathoms Sauvignon until the end of May.
The aim, said Constellation, was to reinforce Nobilo’s credentials as the ideal wine to drink with seafood.
Seafood recipes featured in a press ad campaign for one of the wines last year.
Clare Griffiths, vice president for European consumer marketing at the company, said: “The Rick Stein promotion is a natural fit.”
