Another sparkler for Arniston Bay

26 February, 2009

Arniston Bay is launching a sparkling rosé wine in the UK.

The wine, which has a recommended selling price of £7.99, follows the launch of a Charmat Brut last summer.

The Arniston Bay Sparkling Rose joins the range of easy-drinking wines currently in the extensive Arniston Bay portfolio and will be available at an RRP of £7.99.

Barney Davis, brand and business development manager at the Company of Wine People in the UK, said: “The sparkling rosé is a natural addition to the range following the launch of the Charmat Brut.

“This makes our offering to the retailer more complete, and provides the consumer with choice for each drinking occasion.”

This supplier claims the wine offers “a beautifully delicate ensemble of forest berry, rose petal, violets, white cherry and peach aromas on the nose with zesty tropical fruit flavours and fresh crisp bubbles on the finish and palate”.
