Top Vins de Pay s awarded

Sixteen trophy winners have been announced

in this year's Top 100 Vins de Pays competition, with a large mix of varieties

represented, from Carignan to dry Muscat and Sauvignon Blanc/Gros Manseng blends.

The title of best red for the ANIVIT and Inter Oc event, run in association with OLN, was given to Kyrah, Vin de Pays de Vaucluse from Mas Saint -Victor - a new name to the competition.

Best rosé was awarded to Rive Haute Tannat/Cabernet, Vin de

Pays des Côtes de

Gascogne from Producteurs Plaimont; best sweet to L'Incompris, Vin de Pays d'Oc from Domaine du Mas Neuf, and best white to Sauvignon, Vin de Pays d'Oc from Domaine Saint -Marc.

The following wines won the remainder of the trophy titles:

Le Bosc Petit Verdot, Vin de Pays d'Oc from Petit Verdot du Bosc

Enseduna, Vin de Pays des Coteaux d'Ens ér une from Les Vignobles Foncalieu

Laurent Miquel Nord Sud Viognier, Vin de Pays d'Oc from Laurent Miquel

B&G Réserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Vin de Pays d'Oc from Barton & Guestier

Les Montgolfiers Sauvignon Blanc/Gros Manseng, Vin de Pays des Côtes de Gascogne from Riviera Wine Company

La Forge Estate Chardonnay, Vin de Pays d'Oc from Domaines Paul Mas

Le Moelleux du Clos Vin de Lune Chenin, Vin de Pays du Comté Tolosan from Clos Triguédina
