New Zealand brand Stoneleigh has teamed up with von Essen hotels to offer consumers the chance to win a series of luxury weekend breaks at one of the chain's hotels. The competition is running in Sainsbury's Magazine and Delicious magazine.

Margareth Henriquez, a qualified engineer of Venezuelan origin, is the new chief executive of the House of Krug. Henriquez joined Moët Hennessy in 2001 as chief executive of Bodegas Chandon for Argentina and Uruguay, and before that

worked for companies including Seagram and Nabisco.

Southern French producer Skalli has launched a website for its estate wines and "micro-cuvées" - grandsvinsskalli.com. The site gives

the origins and terroir behind each wine , and aims to be an information source for wine lovers.
