Wolf Blass sponsors TV cricket

07 May, 2009

Wolf Blass has signed up as sponsor of highlights packages for Five’s coverage of international cricket this summer.

The deal covers the current series against the West Indies and the forthcoming Ashes, plus one-day internationals.

Wolf Blass features in opening and closing credits, break bumpers and trailers for the programmes.

The focus will be on the Yellow Label range around the theme of a “vintage performance”.

The theme will also run on print ads in the Daily Telegraph throughout the cricket season.

Annabel Keech, senior brand manager at Foster’s EMEA, said: “The Wolf Blass brand has had a long association with top sports and sporting events.

“The association with Five will build on the results of these alliances and take the Wolf Blass association with cricket on to another level.”
