The new-look site includes a wine finder, customer ratings and reviews and increased transaction security.
It also enables the company to manage sales across its various retail channels including orders placed online, in shops or on the phone.
Commercial director Robert McCarthy said: “With more wine being bought over the internet, investment in a clear online strategy is vital for Laithwaites to respond to the constantly evolving needs of our customers.

argest independent wine retailer in the UK.”?The relaunch adds to a busy start to 2010 for Laithwaites, which has already taken over the Majestic store at London’s Vinopolis tourist attraction.
McCarthy promised “other major marketing initiatives” for the year ahead.
