The push will run on all Coca-Cola and Coca-Cola Zero 33cl and 50cl single packs and includes one pair of 2010 FIFA World Cup match tickets, return flights from London to South Africa for two people and three nights’ accommodation.
Consumers can participate until June 20 by entering an on-pack code into the Coke Zone website, or by text. Entrants will also be able to use their Coke Zone points for FIFA World Cup-themed digital rewards and downloads.
Selena Taylor, CCE trade communications manager, said: “Sales of soft drinks during the last World Cup were even higher than at Christmas. This year’s matches are predicted to have the biggest-ever global TV audience, which makes it one of the most relevant events of the summer and a key time for growth in the soft drinks market.”?The campaign will be supported by a multi-million pound marketing campaign entitled What’s Your Celebration?, which includes TV, radio, outdoor and digital advertising.
