aunched to celebrate Chile’s 200 years of independence and its national day on September 18, retailers must run a month-long in-store promotion of the country’s wines to be in with a chance of winning the prize.
A panel of judges will then pick seven winning independents from across the country who will travel to Chile in 2011. The seven winners – and 20 runners-up – will also be awarded a £500 cash prize.
Independents will be given a range of POS material to help them run their in-store activity, including posters, corkscrews, carrier bags, bunting and maps.
