17 June, 2010

Halewood international is embarking on a summer sampling tour for its Crabbie’s alcoholic ginger beer.

The tour will include the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and polo matches held under the auspices of Polo Networks.

Brand ambassador and Michelin star chef Atul Kochhar will conduct demonstrations to show how Crabbie’s can be served with food at trade and consumer masterclasses.

Halewood said that what it has dubbed the Spiffing Summer Sampling campaign will reach over 750,000 consumers.

Brand manager Al Cross said: “The tour aims to celebrate the great British summer and drive trail with consumers through offering Crabbie’s samples at major venues across the country.”
