Thornbridge Brewery won gold for its Kipling and Bracia brands, while St Austell achieved the same accolade with its Smugglers Vintage Ale and Proper Job brands.
Harviestoun’s Ola Dubh 30 and Old Engine Oil were among 24 gold medal winners.
Another Scottish brewer, Fyne Ales, also scored double gold for its Highlander and Vital Spark beers.
Salopian Brewing was awarded gold for its Darwin’s Origin, as was Harveys for Prince of Denmark.
US brewer Boston Beer topped the gold medal haul with four, while Italian brewers Birra Toccalmatto and Birrificio del Ducato, and Australia’s Redoak, each won two.
Other gold medallists were Italy’s Doppio Malto and Valscura, Grand Ridge of Australia and German brewer Weihenstephan.
Trophy winners will be announced at a ceremony on July 8 and the results will feature in Off Licence News, which is a sponsor of the International Beer Challenge.
The judging panel for the awards included Nick Dolan of London beer shop Real Ale.
