Montes mourns founder Murray

Douglas Murray, one of the founders of Chilean wine firm Viña Montes, has died after a long illness. He was 68.

Co-founder Aurelio Montes said: “Douglas’ charm, strength and talents left a deep impression on all of those who would cross his path. His efforts will always be remembered as an integral part of Montes’ success.” Murray was the first chairman of Wines of Chile in London.
