Funkin Fusion range considers the perfect combination

Funkin is working on a range of fruit purées for cocktails which combine different fruit flavours.

The Funkin Fusion range is being developed by mixologist Ben Reed, formerly of IP Bartenders.

An exhibition sampling programme was used to test some prototypes and three were chosen to go forward for further consideration.

The chosen three are: Mango, Red Pepper & Hot Pimiento; Mango, Kalamansi, Lime & Lemon, and Blackberry & Vanilla.

They will all be tested further in a cocktail competition in October before Reed determines the range for commercial release before Christmas.
