The limited edition of 1,500 bottles has individually numbered, hand-written labels, and will be listed by Harvey Nichols with a rrp of £45.
It is also being taken by top London restaurants including Hakkasan and the Savoy.
A full release of Nyetimber Rosé 2007
will follow next spring, with a permanent label as part of a new brand identity being crated for the winery.
Chief executive Eric Heerema, who bought the winery in 2007, described the launch as “an important and exciting moment in our evolution”.
“Change takes time,” he added, “especially when striving for outstanding quality.”
