Hogan’s Cider finds favour in the US

21 January, 2011

Midlands-based Hogan’s Cider has signed up with US speciality beer importer Shelton Brothers of Massachusetts to send shipments of its bottled ciders and perry.

Lauren Shepard, regional importer at Shelton Brothers, said: “Traditional English cider is very new to the American palate, so we were pleasantly surprised when customers wrote to tell us that it is the best cider they’d had.

“Traditional English perries are a rarity in the US, especially well-made ones.”
