Sainsbury’s unveils five Fairtrade wines

Sainsbury’s is releasing five Fairtrade Taste the Difference wines to coincide with Fairtrade Fortnight, which runs until March 13.?Four of the wines are from South Africa and are already on shelves. They are Cabernet Sauvignon (£9.99), Chenin Blanc (£7.99) Pinotage (£7.49) and Sauvignon Blanc (£6.99).?The wines come from Citrusdal – which already supplies own-label Fairtrade wines to the multiple – and two new suppliers, Bosman and Mosaique.?Sainsbury’s winemaker Clem Yates said: “On a trip to South Africa last year, top of our agenda was to source wines that had the quality to be part of the Taste The Difference range while
