Glengoyne goes for new-look bottles
Published:  12 January, 2007

Ian Macleod Distillers has repackaged its flagship Glengoyne Single Highland Malt Whisky core range.

With a revamped bottle shape, an embossed barley sheaf distillery motif on the container and engraving at the base of the bottle, the new look aims to enhance the Scottish heritage of the brand.

Sourcing the bottle in Scotland rather than through a specialist manufacturer in France has reduced Ian Macleod's transport costs and improved reliability of supply, a spokesman said.

Glengoyne Single Malt whisky is†available in 10, 12, 17 and 21 Year Old versions as well as a number of rare single cask special†editions.
